Key Infrastructure Role

About this position:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to lead our Government & Infrastructure Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in PPP transaction structuring, financial modelling, and advisory for government sector infrastructure projects.

This role involves working closely with central/state government clients, managing PPP transactions end-to-end, and ensuring delivery of commercially viable, bankable project structures.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead complex PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
  • Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
  • Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
  • Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent (CA/CFA/PGDM).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
  • Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
