Project Manager - Senior Scrum Master

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead our high-profile international project.

This is a full remote opportunity for a motivated and dynamic contractor with extensive experience in project management.

About the Role:

  • Lead cross-functional teams using agile methodologies;
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Collaborate with team members to understand and implement agile principles and practices;
  • Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress;
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance and project metrics using Azure DevOps dashboards;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field;
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience in agile project management (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Strong leadership skills to drive projects using agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Experience leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;
  • Excellent facilitation skills for agile ceremonies;
  • Ability to foster a productive work environment and promote continuous improvement;
  • Fluent in English;
