Senior Airport Planner

The role of a Senior Airport Planner involves overseeing the planning, design, and construction administration of airports. This entails managing multiple aspects, including airfield geometry, client management, and engineering services for both general aviation and commercial service airports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the delivery of airport development projects from inception to completion.
  • Designing and implementing airfield layouts, including runways, taxiways, aprons, and other infrastructure.

  • Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborating with experts in various fields to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant education in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in airport planning and engineering is required.
  • Proven expertise in airfield geometry, design, and construction administration.
  • Strong understanding of international aviation regulations, including ICAO, FAA, EASA, and local civil aviation authority standards.
