Seeking a highly experienced Airfield Engineer to lead our Indian office team. This role offers the opportunity to become a Team Lead as the team grows.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering airfield civil engineering design and maintenance projects from feasibility studies to construction.
  • The engineer will act as the design lead, taking ownership of project delivery while guiding junior team members.
  • The role involves preparing technical reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications for airfield engineering projects.
  • The engineer will participate in design reviews and actively contribute to providing technical input throughout the design process.

CORE Responsibilities

  • Design Lead: oversee project delivery and guide junior team members.
  • Project Delivery: manage project progress and contribute to project controls.
  • Technical Input: provide expertise in designing airfield engineering projects.
  • Communication: effectively communicate with team members, industry associates, and Clients.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure design at airports.
  • Civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Chartered or Incorporated Status (MICE, MCIHT or equivalent).
  • International airfield design standards knowledge (ICAO and FAA).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software packages.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
