Job Opportunity: Aviation Technical Lead

">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced aviation professional to lead our airfield engineering team in India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing technical projects and providing leadership to junior team members.

CORE Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful delivery of technical projects, providing guidance and direction to junior team members as needed.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical reports, calculations, drawings, and specifications related to airfield engineering projects.
  • Contribute to design reviews and provide technical input throughout the full design process.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, industry associates, and clients, identifying and managing design risks and issues as needed.
  • Support project managers by monitoring project progress and contributing to the development of appropriate project controls.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure design at airports, preferably with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of international airfield design standards, including ICAO and FAA, is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software packages is also desirable.
