Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to achieve business targets and drive profitable growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the Modern Trade B2B channel.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective inventory management and product optimization.
  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure timely and accurate forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels and fill rates.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Modern Trade Sales, with a focus on key account management and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of the Modern Trade B2B channel and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets.
