About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive with exceptional leadership and accounting expertise to drive business growth and deliver high-quality services.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Executive who possesses strong leadership skills, accounting knowledge, and the ability to tailor-fit services to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting Management: Oversee all accounting-related tasks, including adherence to client policies, identifying accounting/legal issues, and ensuring compliance with MIS, TDS, GST, and Profession Tax.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of 2-3 people, planning daily deliverables, monitoring progress, and coordinating with internal teams and bankers.
  • Billing and Recovery: Manage billing and recovery processes, ensuring timely payments from clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: CA Qualified only
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Review Skills: Ability to spot accounting issues, analyze data, and arrive at solutions.
  • Practical Experience: Proven experience in accounting, knowledge of compliances, and ability to tailor-fit services to meet client needs.
