Job Title: Telecom BSS Fraud Management Solutions Expert

Experience and Background:

  • 10+ years of experience in the telecom domain, with a strong focus on fraud management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with sales teams to drive customer engagements, solution scoping, and order intake.
  2. Develop compelling product demonstrations and tailored presentations that highlight business value and not just product features.
  3. Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technically sound and business-aligned proposals.
  4. Design optimal technical solutions that address client pain points in fraud management.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, engineering, delivery, and product teams.
  6. Represent the company as a fraud management subject matter expert at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
  7. Support seamless handovers from presales to implementation, ensuring continuity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in the telecom domain, with 3-4 years of experience in presales or consulting for fraud management solutions.
  2. Deep knowledge of telephony fraud (mobile, fixed, IP), fraud controls, investigations, and AI/ML-enabled detection methods.
  3. Demonstrated experience with leading FMS platforms and solution implementation.
  4. Strong consultative selling, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
  6. Proven leadership in client-facing engagements and cross-functional collaboration.
