Job Title : Telecom Fraud Expert

Role Overview

We seek a seasoned fraud management professional to collaborate with telecom clients and combat evolving threats. This senior-level position involves driving business growth by delivering high-impact, insight-driven consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales teams on customer engagements, solution scoping, and order intake.
  • Develop compelling product demonstrations and tailor-made presentations highlighting business value and technical features.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technically sound, business-aligned proposals.
  • Design optimal technical solutions addressing client pain points in fraud management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and Product teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings as a fraud management subject matter expert.
  • Ensure seamless handovers from presales to implementation for continuity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the telecom domain, with 3-4 years in presales or consulting for fraud management solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of telephony fraud (mobile, fixed, IP), fraud controls, investigations, and AI/ML enabled detection methods.
  • Demonstrated experience with leading FMS platforms and solution implementation.
  • Strong consultative selling, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven leadership in client-facing engagements and cross-functional collaboration.
