Job Description:

As a Fraud Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in protecting our organization from financial and reputational risks.

You will be responsible for monitoring transactions and account activities to identify suspicious behavior and potential fraud. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud cases, including reviewing customer complaints, transaction logs, and other evidence.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure appropriate action is taken on identified fraud cases. You will prepare detailed reports of findings and recommendations for corrective action, and assist in developing and enhancing fraud detection tools and strategies to improve prevention and detection.

Staying up-to-date on current fraud trends and emerging threats in the financial services industry is crucial for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Criminal Justice, or a related field, and 2+ years of experience in a fraud investigation, fraud operations, or risk management role. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with fraud detection systems and methodologies, and knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards are essential.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in fraud investigation, fraud operations, or risk management role
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify patterns
