Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements:
    • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
    • Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
    • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
    • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

About the Role

This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud suite and the ability to design, implement, and configure OTL functionalities. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
