Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist 

This is a full-time on-site role for an Organizational Development Specialist. The Organizational Development Specialist will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, administering employee benefits, managing HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

  • Coordinating recruitment efforts to attract top talent and build a diverse team
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data
  • Managing statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, and Labor Laws
  • Drafting appointment letters, experience certificates, and HR policies that align with company goals
  • Monitoring performance and assisting in appraisals to ensure employee growth and development
  • Conducting training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills among staff

Key Responsibilities:

A. Human Resource Management

  • End-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave & payroll data for seamless operations
  • Manage statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Labor Laws) to avoid penalties and fines
  • Draft appointment letters, experience certificates, and HR policies that support organizational objectives
  • Monitor performance & assist in appraisals to drive employee growth and development
  • Conduct training sessions (technical staff & soft skills) to enhance productivity and efficiency

B. Administration

  • Supervise office operations, security, housekeeping & support staff to maintain a productive work environment
  • Manage travel bookings, TA/DA claims, and site visit allowances for smooth business operations
  • Ensure availability of office supplies, IT support, and utilities for optimal performance
  • Coordinate documentation & filing of tenders, DPRs, compliance records for easy access and reference

C. Staff Welfare

  • Ensure a safe working environment at hospital project sites through regular inspections and maintenance
  • Handle grievance redressal & maintain employee relations to foster a positive work culture
  • Organize staff events, insurance, and welfare programs to promote employee well-being

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (MBA preferred)

* 3-6 years' experience in HR & Admin functions, preferably in healthcare, construction, EPC, or government tender-based companies

* Knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESIC, GST-linked payroll desirable

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
  • Knowledge of PFMS, GeM, and government compliance preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS/ERP systems
  • People management & conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
