">About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of organizational activities, including global projects, automation programs, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in EC/SAP and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, transition, and takeover phases for OM activities;
- Develop and implement automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience;
- Identify and implement process improvements through change requests, service management tickets, and lead hints;
- Maintain Organizational structures, Position, Person, and Communication Master data;
- Support technical issues - Resolve queries relating to COMPAS, HR core, rules, policies, processes, data creation, and maintenance;
- Ensure accurate Organizational Master Data in the COMPAS system;
- Maintain processes for Position Master Data in the Local HR System;
- Update SAP (HR Core): Create or delimit Org units, classify Org types, update Org area, Cost center, Personnel Area/Sub area, Location, Account Assignment, Info Org unit, Position maintenance, Position Movements, Role updates, Target & Disciplinary Manager mapping, Managerial Assignments, Direct/Indirect flag updates;
- Provide timely monthly inputs to Org changes Stake holders Team on Org management and Chief updates;
- Adhere to SLA by closing SSF tickets on time and interacting with stakeholders via Teams or email;
- Generate Need-Based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS;
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Graduate degree in any discipline, with Post Graduate/MBA in HR being an advantage;
- 3-5 years of work experience in SAP/Success Factors;
- Experience in EC/SAP is mandatory;
