Job Title: Organizational Performance Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Management Expertise: Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, employee relations, and labor law compliance to optimize business outcomes.

  • Change Leadership: Develop and execute change management strategies to successfully integrate new employees, foster a positive work environment, and promote employee engagement.
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement efficient HR processes and procedures to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance overall performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR business partners, and functional leads to drive business results.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices in India.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Relevant work experience in a similar role within an Indian manufacturing context.
