Senior IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality end-to-end IT support to our global user base.

This is a senior-level position that requires strong technical knowledge and exceptional problem-solving skills. You will be the primary point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to complex technical issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of technical issues involving hardware, software, networking, and enterprise applications
  • Providing expert guidance and support to junior agents and users across varying levels of technical literacy
  • Documenting all activities in the IT Service Management platform with precision and completeness
  • Creating and refining knowledge base articles to improve team consistency and issue resolution quality
  • Using remote support tools to conduct advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and recommend improvements in tools, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency and service reliability.

In this role, you will also be responsible for mentoring and supporting junior agents by sharing best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and knowledge resources.
