Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Planner to lead and coordinate our project planning, management, controlling, and closure activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating kick-off meetings, coordinating with sales/marketing and operation teams, reviewing client documents, preparing work orders, and ensuring cross-functional coordination.

About the Role:
  • Project Planning / Management / Controlling & Closure
  • Coordination with Sales/Marketing & Operation Team
  • Client documents (LOI/PO) review & understanding
  • WO (Work Order) preparation & release to move forward for production
  • Facilitate the kick-off meeting to keep everyone aligned

This is a critical role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cross functional coordination – start of Order receipt to dispatch making sure in line with agreed scope
  • Change of scope management in coordination with client & Sales/marketing team
  • Review meeting alignment with Region in close coordination with Production planner
  • Meeting MOM preparation & regular follow up for ontime compliance
  • Project Schedule (Bar Chart) preparation & coordination with respective stack holder (internally & externally)

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in project planning and management, with hands-on experience in MS Project and knowledge of SAP PM/MM&PP module.
