Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Coordinator to facilitate our team's Scrum processes and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely execution and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvements, removing impediments and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and status reports to track progress and communicate metrics to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog, aligning project objectives with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Agile project coordination, preferably in technical environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex project requirements into actionable tasks and coordinate resources effectively.

Business Analysis Duties:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for data warehouse and data services projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work with data architects, engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
  • Develop process flows, data mappings, and other documentation as needed.
  • Support data quality initiatives and help define data governance standards.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of data solutions.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Optional but good to have - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
