Leadership Role for Agile Delivery

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead agile teams and drive successful project execution. This position demands strong leadership, deep Agile expertise, and hands-on experience in project management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team alignment and goal achievement.
  • Guide teams in Agile adoption and ensure adherence to Scrum principles for efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to guarantee timely completion.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure smooth project progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment to drive excellence.
  • Ensure seamless communication between business units and technical teams for effective project execution.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management to navigate complex situations.
