Job Opportunity

As an Agile facilitator, you will be responsible for enabling cross-functional teams to work collaboratively and efficiently towards achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure open communication among team members.
  • Lead teams in adopting Agile principles and scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scaled Scrum.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business objectives, aligning them with Agile methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain processes, tools, and metrics to track team performance and progress.
  • Mentor and guide team members in adopting Agile practices and improving their productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 4+ years of experience as a dedicated Agile facilitator or Scrum Master, preferably with certification (PSM1) and PSM2 or similar qualification.
  • Experience working with Agile & DevOps tools, and practices.
  • Proficiency in English, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multi-site environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of software development and experience with Agile & DevOps tools and practices.
