Job Overview

This is a Web3 Social Media Manager position that involves developing and executing content strategies to empower clients in the Web3 space.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems. They should be comfortable discussing everything from DeFi and NFTs to GameFi and DAOs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Client-side content management experience, including editing, cross-checking facts, and delivering final work.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
  • Manage social media campaigns end-to-end (planning, execution, and analysis).
  • Identify and fill content gaps, keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience writing threads or short-form social content.
  • Experience across various content formats such as Crypto technical docs, X threads, posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
