Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights, and executing leadership hiring.

This role requires deep expertise in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  2. Build and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  3. Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  4. Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  5. Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience. Experience in a senior recruitment role managing senior level roles with driving strategic approaches, ideally IT hiring.
  2. Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  3. Partner with business leaders on their manpower plans and hiring strategies.
  4. Create & maintain recruitment dashboard and regular reporting to stakeholders.
  5. Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges and market trends.
  6. Set & deliver high customer service standards to both internal and external candidates.
  7. Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent.
  8. Building and maintaining talent pipelines within a line of business through targeted candidate relationship interactions.
  9. Managing candidate inquiries, candidate care and facilitating employee processes involving candidates.
  10. Consult on selection decision and offers, frequently involving complex terms and conditions as well as providing strong consultation to management on recruiting and Human Resources policy.
  11. Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements.
