Civil Engineering Recruitment Expert

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our recruitment team.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.\
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.\
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.\
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS or CRM system.\
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.\
  • Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.\
  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • \
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.\
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.\
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.\
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, and other channels.\
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.\
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
