We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to design and optimize wind turbine generator foundations.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing various types of WTG foundations, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimize gravity-based, spread footing, piled, rock-anchored, shallow mat, ribbed beam, and other types of WTG foundations.
  • Perform structural load and stress calculations, including gravity, wind, seismic, and fatigue loads.
  • Select and validate construction materials for efficiency and sustainability.
  • Prepare and review design basis reports, BOQs, drawings, and calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, such as BIS, ASCE, AISC, SBC, Eurocode.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization).
  • Master's in Structural or Civil (preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in the Power & Utilities sector, with a focus on renewable energy foundations.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RFEM/RSTAB, SAFE, ETABS, PLAXIS 2D/3D.
  • Expertise in WTG foundation design, geotechnical risk assessment, hydrology, seismic analysis, and civil design codes.
