We are on a mission to make advertising more personal through word of mouth at our platform. We enable brands to reach their customers directly through their trusted networks – friends, family, and colleagues – ensuring authentic and meaningful engagement. Our clients include top national brands such as Tata Croma, ITC Max Fashions, Hero Wonderla, as well as consumer brand market leaders across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. They use us to level up their ATL strategy and influencer marketing.

We have partnered with government agencies such as the Election Commission and the i&prd Kerala. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ad sales manager to join our growing team and help monetize our platform by building strategic advertising partnerships.

As an ad sales manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising sales strategies, building client relations, and driving revenue. You will work closely with clients, agencies, and internal teams to craft effective campaigns that align with our audience and brand. Key responsibilities include sales strategy execution, client management, campaign management, market research analysis, and team collaboration.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously is essential. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software is also required. A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities is crucial.

If you have 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role, experience in tech SAAS sales is a plus.
