Senior Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms, driving profitable growth and optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Analyze performance data and make informed decisions to improve campaign efficiency, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).
      • Manage client relationships, providing regular reporting and strategic reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising efforts and achieve cohesive results.
          • Design and implement A/B testing for creative assets, audience targeting, and landing page optimization.
            • Promote budget reallocation and scalability strategies to drive business growth.

You Must Have:

  • 6–9 years of experience in performance marketing at an agency specializing in e-commerce.
    • Proven success in B2C companies with excellent communication skills, requiring close interaction with US clients.
      • A track record of managing high-performing ad campaigns with monthly spends exceeding $5K.
        • The ability to think beyond click-through rates (CTRs) and demonstrate a deep understanding of ROAS, margins, and funnel bottlenecks.
          • Proficiency in Paid Ads tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution software.
            • Strong hands-on skills with AI-powered tools for ad copy creation, audience research, and automation.
              • A strategic mindset that focuses on 'why' rather than 'how.'

  • Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month while maintaining profitability.
  • Reducing CPA without compromising conversions.
