We are seeking a skilled Identity Operations Engineer to join our organization. As an Identity Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's identity and access management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with 100+ applications, HR systems like Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Develop Role-Based Access Control systems, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, and Identity Lifecycle Management solutions.
- Implement modern authentication methodologies such as SAML-based Federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID.
- Contribute to SOC/Sox internal and external audits.
- Strong experience with SailPoint IIQ and ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing IAM solutions in complex landscapes.
- Knowledge of database management and data structures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
