Job Opportunity:

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert to take on a challenging role within our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IAM systems, including ISAM Module skills, access control mechanisms, and Federation protocols.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IAM/LDAP operations support, administration, and troubleshooting for Base, Advance Access Control (AAC), and Federation Modules, as well as configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Access Manager and Federated Single Sign-On using SAML Standards.

The successful candidate will also possess a solid understanding of Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and other authentication methods, enabling them to implement Multi-Factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC, and other security mechanisms.

In addition, the candidate should have expertise in migrating applications to the IAM Federation Model, integrating business applications with IAM as required, and resolving Server-level to User-level queries.

The successful candidate will be an independent contributor capable of resolving issues and closing tickets, participating in daily/weekly/monthly/customer meetings, providing activity reports, creating policy and procedure manuals, and ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met according to the agreement with customers.
