Job Overview:

  • Our organization seeks a skilled Identity & Access Engineer to oversee identity platforms, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain identity systems, ensuring seamless user access and data security.
  • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies across multiple systems.
  • Monitor and report on identity-related activities, access patterns, and anomalies to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with security architects to design and enhance identity infrastructure.
  • Support audits and compliance efforts by providing identity-related evidence and reports.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Identify and remediate identity security risks and misconfigurations to protect the organization's assets.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IAM processes and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Understanding of identity reporting and analytics, including access logs and entitlement reviews.
  • Knowledge of identity architecture, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID), and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage RBAC models effectively.
  • Knowledge of identity security principles, including least privilege and zero trust.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Azure IAM features, such as Conditional Access and Privileged Identity Management.
  • Exposure to AWS IAM and cloud identity integrations.
  • Scripting or automation skills, including PowerShell and Python.
  • Azure DLP (Purview) experience.
