Job Title: 3D Modeling Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D modeling specialist to create high-quality building information models (BIMs) for international projects across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed Revit models, detailing and coordination of mechanical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modeling: Develop detailed Revit-based models of mechanical duct & pipe services, create mechanical Revit families, prepare room containment plans, shaft coordination drawings, section details, and produce builder's work drawings (BW) including slab and core wall openings.
  • Project Coordination & Clash Management: Participate in clash coordination with architectural, structural, and MEPF trades, utilize Navisworks/BIM Track/Revizto/BIM 360 for clash resolution and tracking, coordinate with other disciplines for integrated design delivery.
  • Documentation & Deliverables: Develop mechanical drawings and documentation across project phases, prepare fabrication models, spool drawings, and shop drawings, perform quality assurance (QA)/quality control (QC) checks for models, families, and drawings, create and manage parametric Revit families.
  • Quantity Take-off & BOQ: Perform BIM-based quantity take-offs for mechanical items and services, support preparation of bill of quantities (BOQs) and procurement documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in 3D modeling (mechanical).
  • Must have worked on international projects (US/UK/Middle East/APAC etc.).
  • Sector Exposure: Residential, Commercial, Institutional (schools, colleges, hospitals), Transportation (airports, metro), Data Center.
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Autodesk Certification in Revit (preferred).
  • Additional certification in BIM workflows (advantageous).
