Opportunity to secure a challenging role as Financial Modelling Manager/Senior Financial Modelling Manager.

Based on experience, the position will be based remotely.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive financial models for Solar PV and Energy Storage projects.
  2. Evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to populate relevant assumptions and structure into the financial model used in the bidding process.
  3. Collaborate with various teams including Development, Project Financing, Finance (Accounting and Tax), EPC and others to ensure timely input gathering and accurate financial model data population.
  4. Support Development, EPC and Financing teams in running case scenarios to achieve optimal economic benefits and analyze key drivers.
  5. Assist model auditors during the audit process as required.
  6. Provide support to lenders during project finance processes as necessary.
  7. Maintain complete ownership of financial models and provide expert support to the bidding team on all matters related to financial modelling.
  8. Update and maintain financial models pre- and post-financial close.
  9. Prepare presentations on financial analysis results.
  10. Train and supervise junior modelers.

Required Qualifications:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting from a reputable institution.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in building, developing and running project finance-based financial models.
  3. Minimum 4-5 years of financial modelling experience in solar/renewable projects.
  4. Hands-on execution capability with a strong can-do attitude and genuine passion for financial modelling.
  5. Excellent collaboration and cross-functional skills.
  6. Recognized university degree - Bachelor or above.
