BIM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team.

  • Modeling and Detailing:
    • Utilize Revit-based modeling to create Mechanical Duct & Pipe services.
    • Create parametric Revit Families for mechanical components.
    • Develop RCP layouts, shaft coordination drawings, section details for Pump Room & Mechanical rooms.
    • Produce Builder's Work Drawings (BW) including slab, core wall openings.
  • Project Coordination & Clash Management:
    • Participate in clash coordination with Architectural, Structural, and MEPF trades.
    • Employ Navisworks/BIM Track/Revizto/BIM 360 for clash resolution and tracking.
    • Coordinate with other trades and disciplines for integrated design delivery.
  • Documentation & Deliverables:
    • Develop Mechanical drawings and documentation across project phases.
    • Prepare fabrication models, spool drawings, and shop drawings.
    • Perform QA/QC checks for models, families, and drawings.
    • Create and manage parametric Revit families.
  • Quantity Take-off & BOQ:
    • Perform BIM-based quantity take-offs for Mechanical items and services.
    • Support the preparation of BOQs and procurement documentation.
  • Support Modeling Tasks:
    • Model Mechanical equipment supports and hanger details.
    • Ensure optimal Revit interface best practices (views, browser setup, filters, schedules, etc.).
