Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Oversight: Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Reporting Support: Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly closing activities to provide timely and accurate information.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
  • Internal Audit Collaboration: Collaborate with internal audits to ensure timely completion with accurate documentation.
  • Reconciliation Handling: Handle bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Working Capital Management: Monitor working capital, including receivables follow-up and vendor payments, to optimize cash flow.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial processes and achieve organizational goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional Certification: Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA-Inter) with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (SAP/Tally preferred).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
