Job Description

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in handling day-to-day finance and accounts operations. Your responsibilities will include managing general ledger, preparing schedules, reports, and accurate financial data for monthly and annual closing processes. You will also assist in statutory and internal audits by providing required documentation and resolving audit queries.

You will ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable tax requirements. Additionally, you will prepare MIS reports and assist in variance analysis as directed by the Manager.

Key performance indicators will include maintaining documentation, adhering to internal controls and company policies, and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles and journal entries.
  • Good working knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently on routine tasks and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Ethical conduct and data confidentiality.
