">We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage statutory filings, compliance with the Companies Act, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and financial statements preparation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding statutory filings, compliance, and financial statement preparation.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other government agencies.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in the Companies Act, income tax, TDS provisions, GST, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Monitor and manage TDS compliance, including deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any legal or compliance issues related to statutory filings and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including timely filing of returns, reconciliation, and addressing any GST-related queries.
- Provide accurate and reliable financial information to clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to statutory filings, compliance, and financial statements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of finance operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience in finance operations, statutory filings, and financial statements preparation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, income tax provisions, TDS regulations, GST laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools, including Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial statements and compliance filings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to address complex financial and compliance issues.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and delivering exceptional service.
