The Finance & Project Accounting Manager is responsible for integrating project-level financial management with corporate accounting duties.

This role necessitates collaboration with Project Managers, Principals, and Studio Leaders to ensure that both local and global financial objectives are met.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders while ensuring compliance with global standards and local regulations.

  • Review bids, proposals, and agreements for financial conformity and client requirements.
  • Establish projects in ERP systems (Deltek Vision/Tally) in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain accurate records of legal documentation for sub-consultants.
  • Provide financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses, recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure revenue recognition compliance with GAAP ASC 606 and other applicable standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare monthly invoices and requisition forms.
  • Support collections and resolve overdue accounts in coordination with leadership.
  • Assist with project close-out in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain accurate corporate and local accounting records.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments, expense coding, reimbursements, and cash application.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow forecasts.
  • Manage tax computations, filings, and local compliance requirements.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and financial schedules.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with auditors during year-end closing and documentation.
  • Manage payroll processing and employee cash advances.
  • Maintain statutory registrations, certificates, and office compliance records.
