Workday Integration Specialist

This role involves working with Workday integrations and reporting to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, Workday Connectors, and other integration tools.
  • Create advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing integrations while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Analyze and validate Workday data for accuracy and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting, with a strong background in Workday modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop documentation, including report specifications, processes, and user guides.
  • Support the team by providing coaching on developing integrations and reports.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
  • Partner with Business stakeholders to create a reporting and integrations roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday HCM and related modules.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Workday Studio experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of HCM business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
