We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team in delivering Workday solutions. As a Workday Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in developing, testing, and maintaining integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).

  • Develop technical solutions for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues and building APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in HR transformation projects involving Workday and other ERP systems, and support HR reporting needs using Workday, BI tools, and custom reporting frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in Workday EIB, Workday Studio, Core/Payroll Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT/XML for transformations, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Proven experience in developing, testing, and maintaining integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions.
