As a seasoned technical expert, you will spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge data integration solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and third-party systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Data Integration Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to create robust, scalable, and secure integration flows.
  2. Integration Architecture: Design and architect end-to-end integration solutions that ensure performance, security, and compliance.
  1. Optimization & Re-engineering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to re-engineer existing integrations for better performance, maintainability, and cost-efficiency.
  2. Error Handling & Troubleshooting: Develop and implement effective error-handling frameworks and troubleshoot complex technical issues with root-cause analysis.
  1. Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, enforcing best practices and influencing technical decision-making.
  2. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical leads to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7–10 years in integration development, with a strong focus on OIC.
  • OIC Expertise: Deep knowledge of orchestration-based, scheduled, and file-based integrations, plus API management.
  • Cloud/SaaS Integration: Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems.
  • Leadership: Strong track record in leading technical teams and owning end-to-end deliverables.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
