Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Workday Functional Consultant. This position requires exceptional technical and functional skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering solutions for various Workday modules, including Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll. They will also lead and involve in data conversion activities, coordinate with leads and clients for project delivery, and provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about customer service and has a strong passion for learning new technologies and features quickly.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday Project Lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of Workday at least of the Module - Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach
  • Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
