Executive Assistant Job Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and team projects by coordinating tasks, conducting research, and facilitating communication.
  • Develop and implement employee experience initiatives, including team socials, company gifts, and studio-wide events.
  • Assume ad-hoc duties as requested by management, ensuring the smooth operation of the team and its initiatives.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining close relationships with clients and senior management through effective communication and diplomacy.
  • Preparing and collating documents for various forums, including meetings, reports, and presentations.
  • Managing diaries across time zones, scheduling meetings, and setting up virtual calls.
  • Handling emails, correspondence, and administration, including timesheets, POs, and expenses.
  • Planning international travel, coordinating visas, and arranging letters of invitation.

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Excellent diplomacy and discretion skills, along with perseverance, patience, and a sense of humor.
  • Mature and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced IT literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Superior experience planning complex travel itineraries.
