Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in end-to-end product management, with expertise in leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, aligning with business goals, scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, team members, and leadership to drive effective communication and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress through agile ceremonies, making adjustments as needed to maintain momentum and achieve objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure seamless integration between product owners, UX/UI teams, developers, and QA, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in eCommerce or luxury retail domains.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or similar.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
