Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned brand protection expert to spearhead our IP protection initiatives, drive client success, and foster business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage all enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensuring timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results.
  • Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Operational Execution: Work closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and (AI) innovation.
  • Business Development: Partner with the CCO to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in online brand protection, with expertise in takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Skillset: Strong communication skills, commercial instinct, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Education: Master's degree in Business or Legal field.
