About Us

We're a creative agency that collaborates with dynamic D2C brands in skincare, fashion, pets, and more. We believe strong design is at the heart of a brand's identity—and we're looking for an accomplished Graphic Designer who can bring brands to life through branding, packaging, and illustration, with some focus on social media design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop visually striking branding & packaging designs (logos, typography, visual identity systems, packaging layouts, mockups, etc.) for approximately 60% of your time.
  • Work on captivating illustrations and creative assets that enhance brand storytelling.
  • Design engaging social media creatives and campaigns (around 40% of the work) that complement brand identity.
  • Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to ensure visuals align with brand positioning.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, packaging innovations, and digital-first branding styles.

Requirements

  • A robust portfolio in branding and packaging design (must-have).
  • 1-2 years of experience in design.
  • Experience with illustration and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge on how to use AI to elevate design.
  • Solid understanding of visual communication, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to interpret client briefs into creative, strategic design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

  • Agency experience, especially with D2C brands.
  • Loving to work with a small, like-minded team.

Additional Information

This is a work-from-office role. We are based out of BTM Layout, Bengaluru. We work 10-6 Monday to Friday.
