Our organization seeks an experienced and creative professional to fill the role of Senior Brand Creative Specialist. As a key member of our global marketing team, this position will be responsible for leading the creation of visually appealing brand-aligned assets and video content.

This individual will play a vital part in shaping the visual direction of integrated campaigns, product launches, and executive presentations. They will oversee the development of high-quality visual content from concept to final asset, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the creation of engaging visual assets.
  • Own and evolve visual direction for strategic initiatives, including product launches and executive presentations.
  • Review and refine creative deliverables from freelancers or internal partners to ensure quality and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience across visual design, video production, and digital creative execution.
  • Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual content.
  • Expert-level proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to build narrative flow across formats.
  • Experience working within a structured brand system and scaling it across regions or formats.
  • Comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design, and animation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent English communication and visual editing skills.
