Main Responsibilities:

  • Counseling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, providing personalized guidance on our courses and products, and facilitating smooth customer experiences
  • Executing targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive business growth
  • Streamlining processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure timely service delivery
  • Fostering strong relationships with faculty members to guarantee seamless class coordination

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and counseling within the education sector, preferably with expertise in international education or as a recent graduate from a top-tier institution
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a talent for innovative problem-solving and exceptional interpersonal relations
