
Chief Corporate Client Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across multiple sectors, fostering strong relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses to offer bespoke financial services that meet their evolving needs.
- Lead the structuring and negotiation of complex credit and lending proposals, leveraging expertise to drive business growth.
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products (e.g., treasury, trade finance, cash management, corporate loans) to clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Monitor portfolio risk, credit quality, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Collaborate closely with credit, legal, product, and operations teams to execute deals efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive financial analysis, credit proposals, and relationship reviews, providing valuable insights for stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, driving growth and expansion.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and maintain strong market visibility, positioning the company as a thought leader.
- Report pipeline and performance metrics to senior leadership, ensuring informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA/CFA is an asset).
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, relationship management, or investment banking, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, credit structuring, and regulatory requirements, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a client-focused mindset and a strong sense of commercial drive.
