Tax Advisor

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert tax and regulatory advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate tax matters.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies for M&A transactions and restructuring projects, ensuring compliance with relevant corporate tax regulations.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the tax and regulatory landscape, including changes to FEMA, SEBI, and corporate laws.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members on complex M&A tax, restructuring, and corporate tax concepts.
- Deliver high-quality M&A tax advisory services and PE tax strategies to clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of engagements and foster strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with senior team members on business development initiatives and supervise junior team members.
- Understand and adhere to risk management procedures within engagements.
