Job Title: Service Sales Specialist - Loads
Our team is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Service Sales Specialist (Loads). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of wind and site assessments, mechanical loads department or equivalent technical service organizations in the wind energy industry.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to drive strategic discussions and development decision meetings. The selected candidate will work closely with our global service regions and after-sales colleagues to provide exceptional customer support.
About the Role:
- Re-assessing existing/planned wind farms using an internal tool chain to confirm the compatibility of certain upgrades and the turbine specific structural integrity.
- Supporting the sales process by creating benefit calculations, driving validation campaigns, and implementing upgrades.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the business performance of the global Service business unit.
- Provide expert-level technical support to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in wind & site assessments, mechanical loads department or equal technical service organizations in the wind energy industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
