Job Title: Category Associate

We are seeking a skilled Category Associate to join our team. As a Category Associate, you will work closely with the category manager to manage birthday event inquiries and provide end-to-end solutions for kids' party experiences.

About This Role:

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for curating packages, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining an updated database of kids' event suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate birthday packages by working closely with suppliers to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on kids' event suppliers, including venues, entertainers, and vendors.
  • Support planners by providing creative ideas and supplier suggestions tailored to children's events.
  • Track and manage inquiries, quotations, and confirmations using CRM tools.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and supplier shortlists for planners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management.
  • Prior experience working in kids' venues, birthday events, or children's entertainment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; Arabic/Tagalog is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and vendor management systems.
