We're seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager.
Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and take ownership of projects from start to finish. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing multiple product and feature-level projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Clients, to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Break down complex business objectives into manageable sprints, tasks, and clear workflows.
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and regular project syncs to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify potential risks, blockers, or delays and provide support for mitigation efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date task boards, documentation, and project artifacts for easy access.
- Utilize Linear to organize work, manage tickets, and ensure visibility across teams.

What You'll Bring
- 0–2 years of experience in a Project Management role or similar position
- A solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
- Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on follow-through and accountability.
